Situation: Catastrophic fatality house fire

Objective: Worked with the homeowners sister to rebuild and improve the family’s long time home in order to sell the property in a timely manner, within the budget.

Solution: Compass redesigned and rebuilt the home, adding a separate master suite and dedicated laundry in the basement. Compass rebuilt in 6 months, within budget, arranged a Realtor and sold it within weeks.
